Megan Moscoso

As a dedicated member of the community, I bring a diverse background and a passion for service to my candidacy for City Council. My experience includes:

  • Member of Titusville’s Planning and Zoning Commission: I have been actively advocating for our city's Comprehensive Plan and opposing developments that primarily benefit developers rather than the citizens and future residents of Titusville.

  • Rotarian: Through Rotary, I've engaged in impactful projects and initiatives aimed at addressing local and global challenges, fostering community spirit, and promoting positive change.

  • Board Member of Bethany Christian Services: Serving on the board of this organization has allowed me to advocate for vulnerable populations and support families in need.

  • Former Foster Mom: My firsthand experience as a foster parent has provided me with unique insights into the needs of children and families within our community, shaping my commitment to strengthening families.

  • Work Experience in Education and Non-Profit Management: With a background in education and non-profit management, I've refined my leadership skills. Drawing on my experience as a teacher, I most recently worked assisting individuals on the verge of homelessness. This involved providing personalized career coaching, organizing job fairs, and supporting the operation of a food pantry.

  • Graduate of the University of Central Florida: My education at UCF has equipped me with the knowledge and critical thinking skills needed to tackle complex issues. Currently, I'm pursuing my Masters in Nonprofit Management to further enhance my expertise in this field.

I am dedicated to leveraging my experiences and expertise to represent the interests of all residents and work towards a brighter future for our city. Thank you for considering my candidacy.
